A little introduction

Inspired by the Snowflake Challenge #1, I decided to write a little introduction post for this blog.

What is this blog about?
This is one of my fandom spaces. I hope to begin posting here more regularly in the future! I'm active in the Silmarillion fandom, and most of my posts will be about my various fandom activities. More personal stuff will be friends-locked, but at the moment there's almost none. I write Silm fic and sometimes make traditional art or fan crafts. I think this blog could become a place of my headcanons and meta.

My favourite characters are Celebrimbor, Mairon, Melkor and Maedhros. I ship Silvergifting and love fics with hurt/comfort and angst balanced with hope.

My fics can be found on Ao3: elennalore. I also post fics and drabbles on Silmarillion Writers' Guild, especially works made for monthly challenges and other SWG events like instadrabbling. Some of the shorter works are only found on SWG.

I have a tumblr where I mostly reblog Silm fanart and also post my art: elennalore

I'm active on Silmarillion Writer's Guild discord and some other servers.

I'm fandom old and live in Finland. This blog may contain posts that are not suitable for people under 18. This is a LGBTQIA+ positive space.

Yay! I always love seeing your face pop up in various spaces (even if it is Fëanor's face!) and it'll be lovely to read more of your headcanons and meta here too, as well as your other creations!

I try to make my face (or Fëanor’s) pop up here more often! I’m still new to this place and not quite familiar with how everything works here, but please be patient with me.

Oh, I relate, I'm also pretty new here, only started posting less than a year ago, but I've picked up stuff fairly quickly, mainly because people are so quick and willing with help and tips and advice whenever I've said I'm confusticated, so please feel to ask if ever you're feeling the same!
